Welcome to Faith Bible Fellowship.
We hope that visiting FBF is a positive experience for you!
Here are some things you might want to know about us before you visit.
- We are a fairly small, family oriented church. Currently our average Sunday morning attendance is under 100 people. We have a young congregation: most of our families have younger children and teens still living at home, although we do have a handful of “senior saints” who bring wisdom and life experience to our church family.
- We are a doctrinally conservative, non-denominational church. We hold to the inspiration and inerrancy of the Bible and we uphold the Bible as the supreme authority for our beliefs and practices. We have informal associations with other churches in Cincinnati and Lebanon and with our parent church, Faith Bible Church, in Cincinnati.
- We believe the primary purposes for our Sunday morning gathering are to worship the Lord and to teach, train, exhort and edify Christ’s body. We welcome all to our fellowship who are seeking Truth.
- We do not practice corporately the miraculous sign gifts of tongues, prophecy or healing. While we are not cessationists, we do believe that in the corporate life of the church we should prefer spiritual gifts that sanctify and build up the entire body of Christ.
- We believe that all true Christians should be baptized as a public testimony of faith in Jesus Christ and that the Lord’s Supper is for all who are in Christ and are currently walking in obedience to him.
- We believe that every Christian should be actively sharing their faith. This is most naturally done through personal relationships. To this end, we intentionally limit the number of church activities or programs that we ask our church family to commit to so that they have the time and the energy to build friendships with unbelievers.
- We believe that Jesus invites sinners to come to him as they are. You don’t have to clean up your life before coming to Jesus, neither do you have to clean up your life before you come to fellowship with us. Regarding one’s dress, we simply ask that those who worship with us wear modest clothes that do not distract others from worshipping the Lord. Come a few minutes early and stay a few minutes after the service so that we can meet you and welcome you to our fellowship. We will be happy to pray with you after the service if desired.
- Do you have special needs? Please call ahead if you have questions or special requirements. The building is handicap accessible and we would be happy to provide special assistance if needed.
