Who are we?

FAITH
The Bible clearly teaches that we are saved by grace through faith alone (Eph 2:8-9), that it is impossible to please God without faith (Heb 11:6), that the Christian life is a life of faith (2 Cor 5:7), and that the only acceptable and proper object of our faith is the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12).

BIBLE
We affirm that the Bible is God’s true and reliable revelation of Himself, His purposes and His will for mankind, both individually and corporately. The Bible is fully sufficient for all matters of life and godliness through our knowledge of Jesus Christ (2 Pet 1:3-4) and is the foundation of our ministries.

FELLOWSHIP
We are a voluntary fellowship of disciples of Jesus Christ. We are bound by our common love, faith and purpose. We are members of Christ’s body and bride, the church universal (Eph 5:22-32).

Together, we purpose to Love God, Love People and Make Mature Disciples of Jesus.

What is our purpose?

Faith Bible Fellowship exists to bring glory to God by making mature disciples of Jesus Christ. (Ephesians 4:12-16; Colossians 1:28; 1 Corinthians 14:20; Matthew 28:19-20).

Our understanding of a mature disciple is specified in our Discipleship Process.

What do we believe?

Our basic beliefs are specified in our Doctrinal Statement.

Please reference our Core Values.

What does FBF do?

We believe that God has revealed in Scripture three general activities of the church that bring glory to God by fulfilling our mandate to Love God, Love People and Make Mature Disciples of Jesus. These are:

What to expect during a typical worship service?

We gather together on Sunday mornings at 10 am as a church family to worship God. Our service is typically 90 minutes in length and includes about 40 minutes of expositional preaching and teaching. Our music is a blend of worship choruses and traditional hymns set to more contemporary arrangements. Our goal is to provide a weekly worship service that fosters a multi-generational, personal and corporate expression of worship that engages both the heart and mind as we glorify God.

A Nursery for infants and toddlers ages birth to 2 years is provided during the entire worship service. We encourage families to worship together by keeping children and teens together with their parents during the first part of the worship service. Children ages 2 1/2 to 3rd grade are dismissed to go with their Sunday school teachers before the sermon begins. Parents are welcome to keep their younger children with them during the sermon if they prefer.

How are we governed?

FBF is an Elder led church. For specific information about the organization of FBF and our view of church leadership, please consult our Philosophy of Church Leadership or our By-Laws.

Does FBF have a membership?

Yes, we encourage everyone who considers FBF to be their home church to become a member.

More details are specified in our Membership Information.

What is our history?

We began in 2006 as a church plant of Faith Bible Church, Cincinnati, Ohio (www.fbccincy.org). Please consult the brief overview of our history.

How is FBF financed?

The work of FBF is dependent upon the prayers, personal services and voluntary gifts of the Lord's people. FBF welcomes financial support from our Fellowship and others, as the Lord directs and provides. We furnish generic contribution envelopes and a giving box to allow donors to give their tax-deductible gifts. We do not regularly solicit funds from the Fellowship, set giving goals, or record individual giving (except by the Treasurer, who prepares confidential official tax receipts). We do promote missions, our benevolence fund and other ministry opportunities at appropriate times of the year.
