Corporate Worship
“I rejoiced with those who said to me, ‘Come, let us go to the house of the Lord.’” (Psalm 122:1)
Corporate worship is a communal expression of our individual satisfaction and delight in God. Our primary time for this joyful corporate expression of worship is on Sunday mornings at 10 am. As such, our Sunday morning service is designed for Christians to worship God through singing and music, prayer, fellowship and the expository preaching of God’s Word.
We believe that our children best learn to worship through the example and instruction of their parents and other mature Christians in the church. Our children participate in the service up until the message begins, at which time children in 3rd grade and younger are excused to go with their teachers to their own age appropriate teaching time.
If you are looking for a church where God is exalted in worship and where the Word of God (the Bible) is lifted up as the only source of eternal truth, we invite you to join us on Sunday morning or to visit one of our LIFE Groups.

Philosophy of
Worship
For the genuine Christian, all that we say and do should be an act of worship (1 Corinthians 10:31). Therefore, the common cultural view of worship as singing only, falls far short of the Biblical perspective.
It is the duty and the great privilege of Christians to gather together to worship corporately (Hebrews 10:24-25), as well as privately and with our families. At FBF, we teach and encourage families to worship together regularly. When a believing husband and/or father is present in the family, it is primarily his responsibility to lead family worship which should include times of singing, prayer, devotions and service.
